Your trading terms, as the agent's rulebook
Nanonets turns the documents your order desk already maintains into a governed context graph — every rule explicit, every rule traced to the clause it came from.
Order Desk — Trading Terms & SOP
Revision 9 · Commercial approved
3.1 Price tolerance
A customer PO priced within 2% or $250 of the contract list, whichever is lower, may be confirmed without review. Anything beyond routes to the account manager.
3.4 Substitutions
Where a SKU is short, a like-for-like item in the same pack size may be offered if the customer’s contract allows substitution.
It gets better at your order book every week
Exceptions are not failures — they are the training. Every answer your desk gives is captured, so the agent confirms more of the queue on its own.
Help agents solve the most complex problems with context graphs.
A customer has ordered 300 cases against a pricing agreement that lapsed in June, for a SKU we delisted last month, into a delivery window their dock closes before, while their buyer has already agreed a substitute by email — what do we confirm, and who signs it off?
One order. Five kinds of context, each in a different system — the ERP doesn’t know the email, and the inbox doesn’t know the delivery calendar.
How the Context Graph works →Pricing & substitution policy
Policy context ➔ May we hold the old price?
Lapsed agreements need account-manager sign-off
Dynamics 365 items & contracts
System-of-record context ➔ Is the SKU still sellable?
SKU 7742 delisted 14 Jul · successor 7749 live
Stock, pack size & lead time
Computed context ➔ Can we hit their window?
Nearest slot lands 2 days past the dock cut-off
Buyer email thread
Conversation context ➔ What did they already accept?
Substitute agreed in writing, price left open
Order-desk SOP
SOP context ➔ Who releases it?
Off-contract price → account manager, then release
Capabilities
Reads any layout. Validates against your ERP. Talks to the customer.
The agent watches your sales inbox and picks up every new purchase order the moment it arrives. Emailed PDFs, EDI files, scanned attachments, and forwarded chains.
Reads SKUs, quantities, prices, delivery dates, and customer references from any layout — including handwritten notes and complex multi-page tables. No templates, no per-customer setup.
Cross-references every SKU against your ERP or WMS to confirm available stock. Checks prices against your master record within a configurable tolerance. Flags discrepancies before creating the order.
Creates the sales order in SAP, NetSuite, or your OMS and drafts an order confirmation back to the buyer. Splits orders by unit limits if your rules require it.
Processes emailed PDFs, scanned POs, EDI 850 files, and handwritten notes. No template setup per customer layout or buying system.
Checks available stock in your WMS or ERP before confirming the order. Stops short of committing inventory you can’t ship and routes the shortfall to your sales team.
Catches the gap between what the customer ordered and your current price list. Surfaces the diff, pauses the order, and asks before emailing the customer for a revised PO.
Maps customer part numbers to your internal product codes. Learns mappings from human feedback — add a rule once and the agent uses it on every future order from that buyer.
Respects per-line, per-shipment, and per-customer unit limits in your master data. Creates multiple sales orders automatically and lists all of them in the customer confirmation.
Sends order acknowledgments, discrepancy follow-ups, and revised confirmations in the same email thread. No manual drafting. The customer always hears back.
