What I love most about working at Nanonets is the emphasis on outcomes rather than hours. The focus is on getting the job done, without worrying about the clock.

Nanonets gives me the autonomy to take actions that benefit the company. There's minimal micro-management, and I'm entrusted with a high level of responsibility. Plus, I'm not confined to my department—I can step in wherever I'm needed, even if it's outside my usual scope.

Nanonets has a unique culture where every individual is empowered to take initiative and make impactful decisions. This level of trust and autonomy is rare and incredibly motivating

My day usually starts with a daily standup at the Pod level to sync up on the progress. Then, I deep dive into TRD reviews and some hands on coding. After lunch, I have a few cross-departmental meetings to ensure we're on the right track. A few times a week, I participate in customer calls to gain a deeper understanding of their challenges.

It's both challenging and rewarding to work with such a brilliant team. And when it's time to unwind, everyone is just as fun to be around!

I am Maniteja, a Deep Learning Engineer, been working at Nanonets for 2 years. My favourite part working at Nanonets is the ownership and impact you can have on the product. I am Deepika and I've been working with Nanonets for the past two years as a Frontend Developer. My favourite parts about working at Nanonets have been the culture and continuous growth mindset. Hi I am Ben, part of the Sales team as an Account Executive since the last 1.5 years. My favourite part of working with Nanonets is solving difficult problems with state of the art technology. To succeed, you need to be okay working with ambiguity, are self-motivated, and have the ability to find solutions on your own. I’m Hunter Westmoreland. I’m an Account Executive at Nanonets and started here in Oct ‘23. My favourite part of working with Nanonets is the people and the culture. As a lean start-up, everyone leans on one another to reach company goals, and there is a huge team effort mentality. I get to work with some of the brightest minds all focused on solution solving for the customer above all else.

At Nanonets we have access to leadership across the board. We get to participate in weekly discussions with our founder and CEO, Sarthak Jain.

Being a self-starter is crucial, and a leadership mentality will lead you to success here.

One thing that stands out is just how smart the folks are that work here. Everyone has an understanding of what is needed for the team to reach their goals, and we use creativity and tact to get things done.

A typical day for me is moving sales forward. A bulk of my time is dedicated to calls with customers, while also spending time spreading the message of why Nanonets is a leader in the market. I enjoy working with my clients – each has their own unique use case where Nanonets brings value. My goal is to ensure my clients aren’t spending extra hours at the office doing manual work.
